  • I have been a 1 to 1 client of Jake’s for a long time. As a Personal Trainer, Jake has helped me enormously to improve my strength and fitness and much valued advice with nutrition.   • I’ve been with Mybody-Fit, training with Jake, for nearly 4 years which probably says it all! I go to gym on the basis of use or lose it and not being a natural need lots of encouragement and interesting varied routines to keep me going. Jake does that in spades.
