  • I have been having 1:1 PT sessions with Jen from My Time Fitness for a few months now and she has been brilliant. Exercise has always felt like such a chore in the past but Jen has made our sessions fun and interesting, and she is always bubbly and full of energy! She has taken the time to get to know my goals and the workouts help me to push myself but without feeling like I want to give up! I am already seeing improvements and I feel fitter and stronger :) would definitely recommend!
