It was my first time attending anything like this, and I loved it. I found the whole workshop so interesting, calming and gave me such a good first insight into Mindfulness, lots to think about and tips to take into every day life. I will be back for more sessions with Michelle - she is great!

This was my first ever mindfulness and mediation workshop and I could not have asked for a better person to lead than Michelle. Her understanding of mindfulness, mediation and people really allowed everyone to open up, relax and share, it was an enriching experience that I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I have been regularly attending Michelles mid week meditation/mindfulness sessions and now will never miss a session unless I absolutely have to! Each week is like a treat that I almost want to keep to myself but also want to share as they are so amazing. I always feel totally relaxed and at peace after each one. It really is a great way to calm the midweek madness of life and reset !.

I have recently completed an 8 week mindfulness and meditation course with Michelle and I cannot speak highly enough of both the course and her tuition and guidance. The programme consisted of both one to one sessions and weekly home practice, supported by written and audio material, and was comprehensive, interesting, challenging and extremely rewarding. We had a fantastic corporate session with Michelle as part of Stress Awareness Month at our company. Michelle was great to work with, giving lots of information and answering queries promptly. The session itself was great, beautifully set up - Michelle transformed our busy office into a calming and relaxing area. The guided meditation was great for beginners (which most of the group were) as she introduced us to breathwork and body awareness techniques. Definitely recommend!
