I love my kind of yoga with Jules. I always feel totally relaxed after each class. Jules is really knowledgeable and passionate and supports all participants to do what they can. I had never done a yoga class before so was very nervous about going but I was made to feel so welcome and now I totally love it. Thank you Jules xx

My kind of yoga with Jules is a really great class and Jules is an awesome instructor and she shows different versions of the poses everytime through out the classes

I love My Kind of Yoga with Jules! Jules is lovely and she’s an amazing instructor who supports and challenges you. I always feel relaxed after a class but I have definitely seen other benefits too. I feel stronger, more flexible and calmer. I even sleep better too! I would definitely recommend My Kind of Yoga with Jules!

I've been attending My Kind of Yoga for the past few months, it's amazing to see the difference physically but most importantly mentally. Jules is a amazing instructor and will take the time to get to know, this has made me feel so much more comfortable and confident during the class. Highly recommended giving it a go.

I mainly take part in the workshops and Sunday Specials due to other commitments during the week. I always leave Jules' classes feeling wonderful and relaxed, and like I've worked bits of my body that don't get enough attention during any other exercise classes I do regularly.
