We have been taking Storm for about 10 months now. He is a very anxious, large Irish Water Spaniel, but he always comes out much calmer. He knows his groomer, Ellie's name so we can tell him where he's going and enjoys his time there, coming back much smarter and smelling lovely. Anne Fleming

Have used this service twice for my 2 dogs. The 1st time I was very happy with the result, the 2nd time I could have cried. Within half an hour of leaving them I had a phone call to say that one of them had a few knots and couldn't be left as long as I'd wanted and I agreed to her being cut shorter When we picked her up she had been completely shaved and was completely bald on her chest, bottom and knees 2nd dog was groomed and styled ok apart from his head. Cannot praise them enough, Monty had his first grown up cut. The staff were extremely professional starting with a consultation and discussion about the type of fur he has , our input on how we wanted him cut and an explanation of what the groomer would do. They obviously love their job and dogs. Our Monty now looks very handsome…..a six month old morkie. We shall certainly recommend and be back regularly
