Music Lessons @ Rattle & Drum

Been using this shop for just over 10 years now. Amazing shop always helpful and had drum lessons as well and got through all 8 grades without any hiccups. Nothing to fault.

Ordered a cymbal via their website. Promised it would be delivered in three days. Week and a half later still no show. Countless emails later, gave up and requested a refund. Refused refund until they received the cymbal back. But then tried to deliver it a day later, refused. Still waiting for my money back.

I don't visit very often but when I do, it is a very pleasant experience. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I only buy guitar accessories from this shop and the prices are always competitive.

Perfect company to deal with. Very helpful and understanding. I accidentally bought the incorrect item online. Great experience ordering through their website. I bought a second hand Orange tiny terror which arrived next day as described. Great communication throughout and would definitely order from them again.
