Nick taught me piano for about six years, over which time my quality and range of playing greatly improved! I found my lessons really engaging and enjoyable both regarding playing pieces and understanding their music theory better. Partucularly with learning music theory Nick has really helped me improve in and appreciate an area of music which I had very little prior knowledge of. Very much recommended as a great piano teacher :) .

Nick was my piano teacher for two years. Throughout this time he was consistently knowledgable, thoughtful, and enthusiastic about a wide variety of music. He teaches with a keen pedagogical sense, and is full of concrete advice in tackling challenges, be they ones of technique or theory. My piano playing improved significantly during the two years I was with Nick, and I continue to use many of his approaches in my playing today. I would wholeheartedly recommend him as a teacher.

Nick is a fantastic piano tutor to my son. My son started lessons from him as a complete beginner and very quickly progressed to his Grade 1 where he got a distinction.
