Friendly, supportive and welcoming club for all abilities. No pressure training with 1:1 when needed. Non profit club so training fees are kept low plus chances to go on courses and to social events. Would highly recommend it.

Great club with relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Have been practicing Tai Chi for a number of years with the club and really enjoy learning new techniques and styles and the practical application of this martial art.

Been practicing karate with them since 2011. Loved every single session. It’s a friendly club, with supportive instructors and great members. With each lesson you discover new things about yourself and learn to use your body in ways that often seem impossible. A fantastic martial arts club for all ages and abilities.

A great club - fantastic place for a beginner like me with support from Sensei and the whole club. Lovely people, friendly atmosphere, lots of learning. It's both good exercise and personal development. I love that the practice is focused on self-improvement and moral aspects of karate, too.

I have almost completed the ten week course. The atmosphere in the club is friendly and the instruction very good. The individual coaching has been excellent - this is especially helpful for someone who has no martial arts experience. The level of challenge is just right, balanced with great support from club members. The club also caters for those experienced in Karate. Definitely worth a visit!
