Mushin Jyuku Karate Club

I have been a member of Mushin Jyuku karate club since 2012. The group is led by a 5th Dan Wado Karate practitioner, who is approved to teach by the associations Japanese chief instructor, Sugasawa Sensei 7th Dan Renshi. Training helps develop good body management and teaches principles of movement and technique rather than fixed ideas.
