Amanda worked with me as my online PT and I can say she is the most patient person EVER. If you’re considering hiring her as your PT, do it. She is really supportive and encouraging without being judgmental AT ALL. She checked in with me everyday, to see how I was, how I was getting on. Generally making sure I was on track. Amanda is an amazing personal trainer. She actually listens to you and makes sure to take into account everything you need to be better and stronger. I have flat feet and she’s completely changed the way I train by teaching me how to control my feet and where to put my weight when doing an exercise.
