Murton Equestrian Centre

Daughter has had three 1-1 lessons here now but won’t be returning. Horse riding lessons are pricey anywhere you go which you don’t mind as long as you feel you get your money’s worth. Each time we would be stood waiting until well after the start time and walking around calling out ‘hello we have a lesson, is anyone around?’ and when they start packing up five minutes before the finish time, you end up with a 15 minute lesson instead of 30. Just visited for an assessment lesson with Sam and can't say how helpful it has been. It was a pleasure and I've come away with lots more confidence as a returning rider. Dominic the horse was brill and looked after me very well :) will definitely be back when I'm next in the area!

Couldn’t fault this place. My first session back in a long time and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. My instructor (Sam) was amazing! You could tell she loved the horses and cared about her lesson. It’s nice to go to a stable where people are friendly and actually care about the horses themselves!

My daughter rides at Murton Equestrian Centre and thoroughly enjoys it. Lessons are thorough yet relaxed. Horses are very well cared for staff are all attentive and genuinely nice, can't recommend enough. My daughters confidence and ability has and is continuing to grow week on week.

My 10 year old daughter has been riding at Murton for the past year when possible throughout lockdown. As a novice she started with 30 minute private lessons and after about 12 of them progressed to the beginners 30 minute group lessons, which reduced the cost per lesson.
