Slightly reluctant to shared how much I like this place, as one of the main reasons I like it is because its quiet & the pool is never overcrowded. But it is a great place for those put off by bigger gyms & even bigger gym bros!

Sports hall and clean facilities. Great astro turf. Gym looks minute but I haven't used this. Staff are very pleasant

Use the swimming pool fantastic price point for NHS. Love this pool has a charm of it's own, great for laps can be really busy at times but also have used it when not busy at all. Lovely staff who are friendly. If you don't mind a really old fashioned pool with no fancy flumes, diving boards, changing rooms at the side of pool with a curtain but really excellent value for money this pool is for you.

The Medium Lane is always full of slow swimmers and impossible to get a rhythm. The life guards do not care what is happening in the pool, I have seen several head-on collisions and each time nothing is done. The changing rooms are not lockable and there are no lockers to secure your clothes ...
