  • I started PT sessions with Min recently and I was scared! He is so kind, very knowledgeable about diet, training methods and what works for you personally including my mobility. I love training with Min and didn't realise how much you can actually eat! It's been a huge learning curve, challenging but Min will support you all the way through the journey.   • Since I started my coaching with minis a year ago, he has changed my physique and got me the results I wanted for my holidays. He's helped me rebulid a better foundation by adding muscle and staying lean. Mini has also gave me the loads of knowledge to be able to do the nutrition side myself along side the training. He gave me the fundamental skills to be able to carry on.

  • Since starting PT with Mini I am exceptionally pleased with not only the physical gains that I’ve made but also improvements I’ve noticed in my approach to training. Mini has been motivating and focused from the outset, creating programmes which continually challenge me. He provides me with an in-depth diet sheet and keeps track of my food alongside the gym sessions.
