I do the adults judo and karate. It is a good place to train and the syllabus has a good mix of traditional and practical techniques. Learning how to throw and deal a wide variety of self defence scenarios is really useful and enjoyable.

MSD is an incredibly professional establishment with highly qualified and experienced instructors who are really enthusiastic and clearly love what they do. My son has been going to karate lessons for 3 years and has loved it so much that I recently took up kick boxing. As a complete newbie I was nervous, but Mike and the gang are very welcoming and the nerves disappeared. 6 months on and these sessions are the highlight of my week!
