Movement Therapy Clinics

I have been having Shockwave Therapy for GTPS (glute min & med tears & bursitis). 4 treatments in and i am feeling a 60% improvement in pain. I can now sleep on either side and am hardly limping after sitting. Anyone who has this condition will know it’s extremely painful and this treatment has changed my life. After a 6 week break I have 2 top up treatments to go. I highly recommend this clinic and Mike Grice 🙏

I have had some pretty bad lower back and upper neck problems. I went to see Mike, he is professional and quick to find the problem. He gives me exercises for my pain tolerance levels and has educated me on how to adapt exericses and streches for myself. Really great and very knowledgeable.
