I love the Intermediate class on Saturday mornings! The combination of high intensity training with slower, more controlled movement makes for a really effective total-body workout. Ben is a great trainer, and always makes sure we have a laugh (with the best music to get everyone pumped!). Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get outside and try something new.

Highly recommend starting your fitness journey (or improving!) with Ben. Really positive and encouraging vibes in his new gym. Doing PT and extra classes with him at the moment and loving it, finally seeing improvement for myself after a bad back injury. His knowledge and patience really makes a difference!

Fantastic fitness classes and a great way to start the weekend - Ben is a positive, energetic and motivational trainer who encourages everyone to make that extra effort - even at 9am on a Saturday! Combination of both HIT and movement means there’s lots of variety and you never get bored. Fun, inclusive (and sweaty!) classes, Ben has built a genuine, local fitness community in a very short space of time.

Ben's classes are the most welcoming and friendly of places! Ben is a skilful trainer who instantly puts you at ease and his classes are fun, challenging and super engaging with great tunes to keep you moving! You walk away having done and amazing workout among a really great group of peeps! It's a lovely community and the absolute BEST start to a weekend. Thanks Ben.

Ben is truly an amazing and professional trainer His classes are engaging and intense and he uses a combination of techniques to train the full body. Ben is also very attentive to individual circumstances and can tweak the exercises accordingly. Not to mention the choice of music … I would highly recommend Movement HIIT
