Megs is truly amazing to work out with. I have been going to Megs for a year and the results are great. I feel stronger, healthier than ever before. The 3 sessions per week are all different (arms, legs, full body) and there is lots of variety over time. This helps keeps me motivated! Thank you Megs

Meg is amazing.At her classes we are a diverse group both in age and ability somehow she manages to inspire us all whilst acknowledging our differences. Do attend a class and find out for yourself you won't be disappointed

I began training with Meg in June 2021 and the difference her classes have made both physically and mentally has been fantastic. I really struggled to find motivation during lockdown and when we started to come out, I couldn't find anything to inspire me. I found Meg and haven't looked back. I love going to Meg’s classes. They are so varied, but I always come away buzzing and feeling energised for the day. These classes are great for getting fitter, stronger, improving balance, co-ordination and definitely for all round wellbeing. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Meg is a fantastic trainer, she is really motivational and knows how to get the best out of me. I cannot recommend her enough!!!
