  • Rachel is quite simply the best PT I’ve worked with. I’ve had studio and zoom sessions with her for 18 months and can really see the difference in my general fitness, strength and flexibility. Rachel is friendly and fun, encouraging and challenging, and takes time to understand me so our sessions are really “Personal” Training. Thanks Rachel!

  • I started with Rachel in the summer and I have thoroughly enjoyed all of my weekly PT sessions. The sessions are always varied, challenging but fun and I like the way she talks me through the benefits of each of the exercises that we do. I always come away feeling like I’ve done an excellent work out. I feel much fitter and more toned since having PT sessions with Rachel. The cherry on the top is that she’s just a really lovely person with a good sense of humour and really easy to talk to.

She also knows exactly how far to push me. Our sessions during lockdown have been a life saver and have kept me both motivated and sane!
