I was recently diagnosed with POTS and needed help with strengthening in certain areas. I found Jonathan had experience working with disabilities and thought I’d give it a go. He was brilliant, tailored the workouts to meet my needs rather than having a blanket regime that was used for everyone. It helped reduce my tiredness and improved my overall strength meaning I could do more and feel more like my normal self. 100% would recommend.

Jonathan has been training me for 4 months now. We use zoom to meet for 30 minutes each week. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1996 and have managed to maintain a level of mobility, but over the past 4 years this has been deteriorating. I have been working with Johnathan for a while now and I can't speak highly enough not him. Not only does Jonathan make our workouts fun and exciting, he knows what he's talking about and even makes them engaging over zoom and whilst being over 100 miles away! If you're on the fence about doing this, I would recommend jumping it. I have had more energy, felt happier and lost weight in the time that we've been working together and I truly look forward to our weekly sessions!

We have been working with Johnathan both in person and remotely for a few months now and would highly recommend him as a person and personal trainer. Johnathan is very responsive to our needs (physical and learning disabilities) and has made the sessions accessible and engaging. Jonathan is great at introducing new exercise ideas that have got me moving and keeping fit. He is brilliant at making sure I am safe, but working hard. I have loved every session and keep going back for more!
