I’ve been training with More Than Muscle- specifically Max for a few months now. It’s been a great experience all round. Max is a great PT- good motivator, keeps things interesting and we’re also getting some great results in the background too. And I’m really just getting started. What I like is there’s a specific process to the workouts. We work around injuries, but don’t avoid strengthening them. There’s progression in blocks where we track consistently. More Than Muscle was recommended to me when I was looking for a personal trainer to help me with some strength and conditioning training, as following a couple of injuries I felt I needed to get a bit stronger. I have been working with Natalie for two years and predominantly online. I love the flexibility of doing it online and Natalie is fantastic, she is professional, always provides a different routine and is timely but also flexible. I have been training with Andy for over 2 years now and it has been brilliant.
