I have used Tom as my personal trainer for many years, both at the gym and remotely, and have had excellent results. Tom has a skill in pushing you and at the same time knowing when to let you rest. He provides a lot of variety in the workouts and classes to keep you motivated. Highly recommended.

A really great experience, highly recommended - intensive training but varied and tailored to your individual needs, whether in person or virtual. Regardless of your strength or fitness level, you will feel the difference within a few sessions. Tom keeps you motivated, educated and challenged throughout the class. It’s a tough workout but so rewarding when you finish!

Great classes. I’ve worked out with Tom for several years. His sessions are fun and really work to efficiently build strength and robustness against injury. No fads here. Tom provides enough variety day to day and month to month to keep you interested and coming back for more.

A few years back I had no clue how to get fit and healthy but knew that no classes, PTs or online workouts I had tried before in London would do it. Fast forward 4 years (possibly more!) since I first took Tom’s class and am still here (!) loving it and loving myself for doing it.
