Fabulous food and venue, friendly staff, we had a funeral he and dealing with manager/manageress was great.If you are thinking of having a function, don't hesitate.

Refused entry by owner because not a member. I was only walking around the pitch which I have done on and off for years? It appears the gates to the car park should have been locked and only opened by the school when the kids are coming out so their parents can park and collect them, and then the gates should be closed and locked? What planet has this man been living on?

For events I would say this is an ideal place. Parts of it look dated but it is clean and can hold a fair amount of people. Staff are friendly and they offer a good buffet selection for events. There is a cricket ground on the premises which is handy for little ones to have a run around.
