I absolutely adored Brendan’s small group personal training sessions. I’d rock up each morning at 7:15am, not hugely buzzed to be moving at that hour but within minutes I was not only sweating, but enjoying my workout! I've been training with Brendan for 3 months now and as 50+ year old that hasn't really trained in over 20 years I started with a certain degree of trepidation. Brendan completely put me at ease and I have seen improvements in my fitness and strength along with a fairly decent weight loss. The small group personal training sessions with Brendan are a really great way of getting personalised support in a fun and motivating environment. The workouts are always fresh and with something new to learn. Having never done any training like this before, Brendan is super friendly and welcoming and pushes you to the max but in a safe and supportive way. I would 100% recommend the sessions to anyone looking to start or develop on your fitness journey.
