While recovery is still ongoing, since seeing Carl I've been making great and steady progress from my climbing related shoulder injury. The rehab I am receiving from Momentum is very much focused on sports performance, which is where I've found other treatment to be lacking. It is achieving the desired results.

I have been coming to Momentum for nearly 2 years and would recommend it to anyone with or recovering from a sporting injury. Momentum helped me with a Pre-Op programme to help me get as strong as possible ahead of surgery and as soon I was discharged I had a comprehensive post-op programme to follow. Momentum SIC have been looking after me since 2008. Dani designs an individual programme for my S&C according to my needs (race requirements and current weaknesses). I have been a momentum member since 18 months. With Teleri's guidance, I have become stronger and been able to cope with a demanding job. The trainers are great at adapting the training to suit your needs. They are always keen to help. I would definitely recommend momentum.

I am a 59 year old male. I have had long term hip ,knees and back stiffness as well as a lack of mobility.I was assessed by John Dennis and given a program of nine exercises one I can,t do (yet) initially i didn't think i was going to be able to do a lot of them . When I started it was extremely painful for me to do them but surprisingly they have become much easier to do and flexibility has improved greatly so fingers crossed this will improve more.
