I've been training for many years now and sometimes workouts can feel stagnant, not with Chris, he constantly pushes you mentally as well as physically. Learning how to navigate around niggles and my strength rocketing, it feels amazing. Love this combination of training and love the growing community.

Chris has been a fantastic coach to work with.
