Definitely believe the hype! Mestre Poncianinho is one of a kind. A Mestre dedicated to helping his students and making them feel welcome. Approachable with an energy for capoeira that is unmatched, Mestre Poncianinho will challenge you and nuture you in those tricky moves. You will get homework 😉 Fast paced (you have been warned), so you will need to catch up, however, he will definitely take the time to make sure you are catered for, beginner or advanced. Truly inspiring Capoeira teacher on many levels. Classes are always different, challenging, and provide a safe environment to learn and express yourself. Everyone training in this group is friendly, welcoming, and happy to help at all times. Out of all Capoeira teachers I have trained with so far, Mestre Poncianinho has been the most impressive. His passion for Capoeira is second to none, and he deeply cares for his students and their progress.
