I have absolutely loved my PT sessions with Moira and she is the best personal trainer I have had the pleasure to work with. Although I have only seen her for around 6 months, I have not only learnt so much but have become stronger and more confident with my body. Every session is fun and motivating. I've been working out with Moira for about a year now to lose weight and gain strength and she's been absolutely fantastic. I'd not done much weight training before starting with Moira and she's been great at helping me perfect my form and tailoring exercises to make sure I get the most out of every session. I've never enjoyed going to the gym but Moira is always so infectiously positive it's always a great time. Couldn't recommend enough 👍

Moira is the best coach I have had! She is so motivating and makes me feel strong and confident every session. She is there for every step of my weight loss journey and is so patient and understanding when I struggle. I am the strongest I have ever been and I am only getting stronger with the help of Moira and I genuinely couldn’t do it without her!

When I met Moira, she gave me the impression she would ‘walk with me’ in my journey of weight loss & fitness. Believe me, 7 weeks in, & she has done just that! She has matched my commitment. I started working with Moira a year ago and all I can say is she is incredible. I wanted a workout/meal plan that was tailored to my specific goals and needs and that is exactly what I got.
