  • Attended my first ever kettle bell class today at Moi Fa. Paul was a fantastic instructor. He tailored the session to be the perfect combination of challenging enough and supportive with the more technical moves. Thoroughly enjoyed a truly great class and I'll be sure to be back next time I'm in Newcastle.

  • This is a fantastic school. Was in my 40s, low in confidence, depressed and out of shape. Decided to try a martial arts class to see if it would help increase my confidence. I picked Wing Chun. Seven months later am still learning Wing Chun and added Filipino Kali stick fighting and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu lessons at the same school ontop. Best decision of my life taking up these martial arts at Moi-Fa.

  • Excellent professional training and guidance from Paul, who instructs in a very helpful and skilled manner. Senior students very welcoming and also helpful in directing those taking their first steps in FMA. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to start or continue their martial art learning.

  • This is the best martial arts gym I've ever been to. The owner has more black belts to his name than I thought possible. From strength and conditioning classes with kettle bells to Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for adults and kids. With Kung Fu and Tai Chi thrown in the mix too. This clean and friendly gym is definitely worth a look no matter what your age, experience or martial arts preference. Great location next to walkergate metro and the first class is FREE! Keep up the great work Moi Fa

  • Excellent instruction and a great environment to train in. I do Wing Chun but there are many different styles to choose from. Highly recommended if you'd like to learn a true martial art.
