Mo is the best PT I’ve ever had, he’s really motivating and has really helped me in improving myself. He makes the workouts fun and something to look forward to. I highly recommend him.

Mo is a first class PT!!! He uses modern fitness and motivational techniques that have help me achieve my goals of loosing weight and be more healthy. In the first 4 weeks I was able to see clear improvements on my endurance wile loosing almost 8 kg… Thanks Mo 💪💪💪

I came to Mo with sever joint pains around my left ankle and knee. He has helped me get stronger to the point where I am able to do squats again. The journey is not over yet but he’s one of the best and nicest guys to train with. Keep it up Mo

Mo is a very passionate and enthusiastic personal trainer that inspires you to constantly challenge yourself and perform to the best of your abilities. He knows his stuff and puts in 100% to the training plans and always makes time to help with whatever diet or fitness questions you have. I have felt a new sense of achievement since starting training with Mo and always look forward to my next session. I can’t recommend him enough!

I started my PT sessions with Mo for the first time ever and I was well impressed! I had never worked out ever prior to meeting Mo and he eased me into exercises and getting used to working out.
