This is the best MMA out there. Once you start you feel like you are part of a family. I highly respect our Sensei who has taught me so much, not just about MMA but he has also taught me to be better as a person. I could not have asked for a better teacher or group. It is truly amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone. You will be encouraged and pushed to do your best! I love this group!
