Extremely happy with Max. The sessions are fantastic. Since Starting my core strength has massively increased and I'm much closer to reaching my physic goals. He's a great motivator and definitely without his help I would not have been able to push myself as much as have.

I had never used a personal trainer before and i had 5weeks before my holiday so wanted to look my best. I found Max through a previous gym and i def made the right choice. Max prepared different workout each time. I loved every workout. No workout is rushed & time is spent when i wasn't quite sure about a move. Great communication and flexibility. Really knowledgeable performance coach and well versed on a range of movement-based goals. Max has helped my strength and mobility gains and shown me new and exciting ways to work on my core strength! Definitely recommend.
