UPDATE: I enjoyed the sessions so much that I signed up for more and have been doing two group sessions a week since the beginning of December! Cannot recommend Miriam highly enough! Miriam has been so supportive since I have started with her. She has been keeping me accountable and ensuring I stick to my weekly plans whilst making it fun! I look forward to my weekly sessions and feel great afterwards, and can already feel a difference after a short time working together. I cannot recommend Miriam enough, she is a brilliant coach and I can't wait to see more results!

I joined Miriam’s group training sessions a month ago and was instantly made to feel so welcome in the lovely, friendly community she has created. She is professional, motivational, dedicated, and clearly has incredible knowledge of health and fitness. I have been training with Miriam once a week for just over two months now and I already feel a huge difference in my fitness and also my general health. I was so nervous and unmotivated about my fitness before I started with Miriam, but now I can’t wait for our weekly sessions.
