  • MittFit is so much more than a bootcamp, the workouts are a nice variation of cardio and resistance and take place outdoors in beautiful surroundings. Joe has put his heart and soul into building a fun and friendly fitness community - the MittFit Family, who often meet up for coffee and social events.   • I joined MittFit a year ago with my husband and loved it! Each session is different and you feel challenged at the right level for you. My favorite was the session where each letter is assigned an exercise and you need to spell your name. You also get a sense of community, people of all shapes and sizes train together. Thank you Joe!

  • I was never able to commit to any gym, but think I will stay with this outdoor bootcamp for a long time!!   • My other half Josie and I joined Mittfit initially for a 6 week challenge, after only 3 weeks we enjoyed it so much that we quit our gym and joined Mittfit full time.
