Am really enjoying working with Mitch and am seeing great results. He's prepared a weights plan but switches it around some sessions to keep it varied, which really suits me. He's very knowledgeable on muscle groups etc., also gives me clear guidance on the cardio and nutrition side. He combines a friendly approach with always pushing for more, the perfect balance for me. I highly recommend Mitch as a PT.

I've been training with Mitch for some time and he has great knowledge on each muscle group and exercises and most importantly how to do them with good form. He's kept my back in check with good Squat and Deadlift form. He speaks with experience so is able to answer any weight training related exercise and can also advise on diet/cardio.

I have been training with Mitch for few weeks now and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to start on their fitness journey. Extremely supportive and always pushes you to your full potential, makes each PT session fun and enjoyable but makes sure you work hard at the same time. I've been training with Mitch for around two months now, three sessions a week. I feel the gains made in fitness and body image are worth every minute of our one hour routines. Mitch manages to make the hard work enjoyable and varied. Every session is different and he sure knows loads of ways to inflict tortuos routines each training day to keep those gains coming! Started using Mitch as my PT around a year ago and never looked back since. The initial plan was to use him for 6 months and get familiar with workout routines and gym equipment, but found that progress was so great that he was still beneficial to carry on the sessions. Since he has helped me with form, strength gain, weight loss, body toning and also made a nutritional plans that are tailored to my weight goals.
