  • I’ve been training with Nat for a couple of months now, best decision ever!! I love our sessions, we train but equally important to me we talk about how my week has been and discuss any challenges that have come up and how to deal with them. Natalie is so friendly and so easy to get on with, we laugh, we chat, we sweat! Defo 5 stars from me.
