I've never had a routine before. Since I met Paula my life changed in better. 😇 I have started to learn more about food and how it affects my body and I become more consistent started working out 4 times a week. Paula has such a nice way to explain things, she's very kind and motivates me all the time. She's is involved and always checking me to know if I'm alright and have any questions. Her workouts are so different than the others. She has a really good knowledge about what's she's doing....

I started the Red Dress Programme with Paula 3 weeks ago! I am on the 12 week programme! I’ve really found a positive change in my attitude. Whilst I want to lose weight my main focus was to be consistent and get into a long term routine and not something that was too much and not sustainable! The classes can be done live or in your own time and I’ve done both! It’s really good to be able to work them around your routine - I’m not a morning person so I can do mine later in the day! 'Thanks to the classes my overall fitness has improved drastically and the motivation to keep going and pushing. Also, my overall health has improved. I have suffered with sciatica previously but since joining the class no issues at all. Paulina is always pushing me to perform to best ability. I LOVE coming to Paulina’s classes! They literally keep me sane! My fitness levels have increased drastically over the last five months and I’m starting to feel more comfortable in my own skin. I’ve had a few health scares and it’s made me realise how important it is to maintain a healthy body and mind, it helps me to escape from the stresses of work. I’m also less stressed in my personal life, I think people forget how good exercise is for your mind as well as your body!
