I've been working with Greg for around 6 weeks with my main goal being weight loss. For me I found the resistance training was far more enjoyable than cardio, and this is what works best for me. Greg always gives regular updates and great advice on the best way to keep motivated. He also is a massive help with dietary advice and ways to keep focused and eating well. He is such a nice chap, easy to get along with and I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

I would absolutely recommend Greg to anyone. The support I get is outstanding, inside the gym and out. I've struggled with my weight for years, I have low self esteem and no confidence, as soon as I step in the gym with Greg I feel like I'm a different woman, like I can do anything. Greg is very positive, understanding and very clear with instructions. I really enjoy working with him. If you're looking for a personal trainer, you will not be disappointed with Greg. 😊

I discovered Gregg from a friend who was getting good results with him. Gregg generously gave me a weeks free trial to see how I’d find it. Within the first 2 weeks I lost 8 lbs. I joined Greg in April. I only used to do cardio at the gym as I didn’t really have a clue what to do with weights. I asked Greg to help me put on a bit of muscle and he’s been amazing. I’ve learnt so many new exercises and techniques that I’ll now be confident to go to the weights section in the gym! I decided a few weeks ago that I needed to regain my fitness. Greg has been perfect for inspiring and motivating me during our exercise sessions. We do a mixture of boxing, weights, core and stretch work, 2-3 times per week, which has already improved my tone, overall strength and flexibility.
