We encourage participants to keep their camera on, at least during the initial 15min, fostering a sense of collective presence and engagement.
Preparing for a Focus Sessions is simple! Take a moment to reflect on your priorities and determine which task or goal you'd like to tackle during the dedicated 40-minute focus period. We strongly recommend setting a SMART goal—specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound—to optimize your productivity and make the most of your session.
Don't worry! Our dedicated and trained facilitators are available online throughout the Focus Session via direct chat. If you find yourself becoming distracted or need assistance in re-centering, feel free to reach out —they're here to support you.
For the initial 15 minutes, it's beneficial to have your camera on. This allows our facilitator to ensure everyone is following along and increases both the personal and collective engagement. Should you wish to switch off the camera that is also absolutely fine.
Rest assured, all microphones are muted, and verbal communication is not required. We've designed the sessions for a focused and tranquil experience. The facilitator will ask participants to share their goal or priority via the chat, providing a clear sense of direction and intention that they will revisit at the end of the session.
