I recently completed the MBSR Course and it was great! The course is easy to use. It has videos and text lessons, so you get a good mix. The learning examples are helpful too. It took just under 8 weeks for me, I learned about mindfulness in everyday life and reacting vs. responding. This course is all about being kind to yourself and making positive changes. It's given me great tools to handle stress, and I feel calmer now. The support team is quick to respond to any problems. Thanks!
