Claire-Louise is a thoughtful, careful, patient and precise #yoga teacher. Her classes in #Bristol rehabilitated, strengthened and educated me. Yoga sessions that are individually tailored to those in the room. Great mix of mindfulness and yoga by a truly experienced yoga and mindfulness teacher. Lots of offer from adult classes, yoga activities for children and families, 1:1 yoga therapy and mindfulness course to boot! Really recommend claire-louise and mindful lives.

I can highly recommend Claire-Louise’s weekly Restorative Yoga sessions that I have recently attended at the Old Library on a Monday. Claire-Louise patiently eases us all in to “arrive in the space” after we all arrive in differing states of tiredness and stress and takes the time to ask us all how we are feeling and how our weeks have been ….
