Jason is a great teacher. He takes the time to carefully explain & show each move whilst encouraging his students to participate at a level suitable to them. Really enjoying this class.

I am 70 years old and four years ago was told I had Parkinson’s Disease. Alongside drug therapy I was told that exercise was key to slowing the progression of this condition. Last year I joined Jason’s t’ai chi class and found it extremely effective in addressing muscle, balance and stamina issues. The classmates are a friendly bunch, all of a certain age, and we are flourishing under Jason’s patient and challenging leadership.

I was a little sceptical to big in with but am really enjoying Jason’s class. It’s not just Thai Chi but a great combination of a number different disciplines. Despite the low impact nature of the exercises it’s a great workout. I would heartily recommend Jason and this form of martial art to anyone.

Attended my first class with Jason and loved it. The class was well structured, with Jason giving simple instructions to allow us all to follow the flow of the movements. Definitely a class I will keep on attending and a practice at home I’ll follow. Kirsty
