Abbie is the best yoga teacher around! I love that every class is different and varied, Abbie will push you when she knows you can go further, and brings a great sense of humour. No matter what your ability, classes are tailored to suit everyone and flow seamlessly. I can highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Abbie’s classes since May 2022 as I wanted to get back into a routine after Covid. I’ve been doing her Yoga classes and Bohdi Ropes. My body has completely changed and I now feel a lot stronger. My posture is a 100% better and this is all down to Abbie’s help. She’s a great teacher and is very patient. I started going to Abbie's class recently and I'm really enjoying them! She takes the time to show the moves off and each lesson we've had different moves to try. I really enjoy how she starts and ends the class with a 5 minute breathing and calming exercise- great to get into the zone at the start, but it also prepares you for going back outside to the world. Not that you want to because Old Stables Wellness is a beautifully serene place.

Abbie is a fantastic yoga instructor, she has fantastic knowledge, and brings the perfect energy to class each time. I always feel 10 times more energised during class, and perfectly relaxed after class. Abbie is not only a great teacher but also a truly lovely person. Would highly recommend her classes!! ☺️

I have been attending Abbie's classes for almost 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for yoga. Her engaging classes are never the same week to week. Abbie's love and knowledge of yoga translate into a very welcoming and warm environment, and there are classes that both physically challenge, and provide relaxation depending on what you need. Cannot thank Abbie enough for the positive impact she, and her classes have had. Everyone should give it a whirl!
