Sara is an amazing PT! From the beginning Sara was keen to understand exactly what I wanted to get out of our sessions. She is always organised and professional but knows how to make each session fun and varied. She pushes me so that it is challenging but appropriate to my abilities. Ever since I have trained with Sara, I feel more confident and fitter. She’s incredibly friendly and good company to train with. I wouldn’t train with anyone else!

I love training at Mind Over Body! Sara is a such a committed trainer, not only to her job but to her clients. I never get bored because sara will always vary the exercises to make every session fun and different. Training at Mind Over Body is guaranteed to be good for your fitness and your mental health. I love training with Sara and having the added bonus of Alfie, the gym dog, makes the hard work worth while!

I was fortunate enough to have found Sara to be my personal trainer. Without a doubt she is the best at what she does and I would highly recommend her to people of all fitness levels. Sara at Mind Over Body offers the perfect service. She tailors every session and always makes it fun and enjoyable. Sara motivates and supports me on a weekly basis and I always look forward to my training sessions with her. Training out of her new private gym is amazing. I’ve been training with Sara for around 3 years as part of a small group. She is an excellent PT, always creating interesting and varied workouts. She caters for all abilities and can adapt exercises when appropriate. She creates a great balance of making sure you work hard but always in an encouraging and supporting way and obviously cares a lot about her clients. Would thoroughly recommend Mind Over Body to anybody.
