  • I had never done yoga before I joined mind-full. I must say I absolutely love it. Raphaella’s voice is so easy to listen to. She has a calming nature and I feel so relaxed at the each of each session. I had treatment for breast cancer in 2017 and so needed some form of exercise which was gentle on my body to ease myself back in. This is absolutely perfect. I can’t wait to go each week. Thank you. X

  • I'm a yoga novice so it always helps when the environment is friendly and you have a great instructor. The Mind-full yoga session gave me just that. The yogi was amazing. She was always willing to help and give clear direction. Quite a hands on yoga session with useful tips to help you reach your yoga goals. Definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to give yoga a chance.
