  • A respectful, hard-working company, and I gained great results. So I rang up asking for a 6 week training programme, which would rehab my knee injury and increase my fitness, and that is exactly what I got!   • Highly recommend Milo fitness. I already have a number of years experience of weight training in the gym but wanted to work on some strength training, as I felt I had plateaued. Cam wrote a comprehensive 12 week plan that took in to consideration my strengths and weaknesses. He periodically checked in on me, assessing my progress, outside of our scheduled sessions, making changes where necessary.   • I have been doing Milo Bootcamps since last summer and I absolutely love them! There’s always a good group of people there so you stay motivated and it’s fun. It’s also so convenient that it’s on my doorstep in Benfleet. I’ll definitely be signing up to some of their other classes that they do now. If you want to get fit and lose weight, whilst having fun, the bootcamps are for you!

  • I knew I needed strength training as part of the training block for the London Marathon and wanted to ensure I dedicated the time to do it propely. Milo Fitness and Cam provided the equipment and knowledge. I arrived on the start line and crossed the finish line strong and injury free meeting my goal.
