  • Miles has extensive knowledge of physio and rehab as well as personalised training for the unique individuals we are. He applies this with professionalism and understanding to find ways that will suit the person best. I have been given helpful rehab/prehab exercises and advice post injury which have since helped me return to full mobility and strength for my Olympic weightlifting training program.   • Miles has been by far one of the best rehab teachers I have had. He personally takes a keen interest in every aspect of my rehabilitation program. Extremely supportive and patient taking the time to explain the whole process of your individual program and the what’s and whys it needs to be that way. He also looks at the wider picture such as your personal life and routines and will figure out a program that will slot into your normal daily routine with minimal disruption.
