Best gym ever, reasonably monthly fees, the owner is such a genuinely nice guy ,and is around most of the time between 7am and 6pm to help you, and will arrange a time out of these hours (with in reason) that is more convenient for you, and everyone else is friendly and no body shaming , everyone just being really encouraging when you make a mile stone. And it's open 24/7

Brilliant Gym in the centre of Bodmin! This is a traditional gym with no frills but, it's stuffed with great tech like steppers and the latest incline treadmills as well as traditional free weights and machines. Mike is a lovely guy, always available to help or advise. And, it's open 24/7, unlike some other gyms in Bodmin. So, if you want a posers paradise, go elsewhere but if you want a friendly gym that welcomes everyone, young or old, larger or smaller, you'll find a warm welcome here.

Top gym, run by a community minded guy. Recommended for all walks of life, young, old. Fit, unfit, everyone will be made to feel welcome. The atmosphere is great and everyone gets along. I just wish I could drag my arse there more often. Forget all the other gyms , go and join Mike Munds!💪💪💪

Owner Mike came out to personally greet us, tremendous service and the gym is the best in bodmin. We've travelled a lot around the world, managed some of the best strength facilities in the southern hemisphere but this is definitely a fantastic place to train. Best place we've found in Bodmin, best place we've found in Cornwall. Hands down.
