I've been working with Mike for 3 years now. In short, he's a brilliant PT. His sessions are always well thought-through, always changing and suitably challenging. Mike gets the balance between encouraging and challenging just-right. Been trained by Mike for well over 5 years now - not my first personal trainer but by far the best! My sessions are weekly for an hour, no session is the same; they are progressive and challenging which is what I want. I’ve been going to Mike for personal training for around 7 years. He keeps workouts varied and interesting, and tailors home workout plans to keep you motivated between sessions. He is also extremely knowledgeable and gave me confidence to train even when I was pregnant or had slight injuries as he showed me how to adjust exercises to suit. I would highly recommend him.

Working with Mike was my first Personal Training experience. From the beginning I found it hugely enjoyable and saw amazing results. I became fitter and stronger, lost weight and gained confidence. Mike worked me hard and pushed me to achieve more than I ever thought possible.
