  • Michelle’s yoga is delightful. I have been attending for over a year. Her classes have definitely improved my general well-being as well as improving my mental health and general feeling of positivity.

  • I have been practising yoga with Michelle since she started her training and can highly recommend her Feel Good Flow Yoga class on a Monday evening. I find time on the yoga mat with Michelle is enjoyable and relaxing. Michelle always sets the intention of the session with the right mix of yoga moves that flow through the practice and includes strengthening as well as restorative yoga poses. As the name suggests, I leave the session feeling good about the week ahead.
