I have been to many yoga classes over the years but Michelle's classes and teaching have an altogether different effect on me, physically and emotionally. I can arrive at a class feeling really frazzled and the sensitive, caring and thoughtful approach she takes never fails to help me realign and settle. Michelle is hugely knowledgeable, patient and attentive and I would recommend her classes to anyone.

I really love Michelle’s yoga classes. She is deeply experienced and teaches with calm, gentle clarity. Focusing on the rhythm of breath her practice of slow exploration of each posture, restores, challenges and strengthens me. She guides me to focus on what my body needs. I have had lessons with Michelle for many years. She has been an excellent teacher, constantly aware of each of us in the class, dealing with any problems with care and consideration, and generally keeping our well-being as the priority. Her classes flow beautifully, and over time she instils all the basic Yoga positions in us so we can carry on in our own practice.

I have been practising yoga with Michelle for a number of years and cannot recommend her enough. Her classes are both interesting and fun, with emphasis on working with and expanding our knowledge of our own breathe/bodies. Michelle has been amazing throughout lock down, providing zoom classes weekly providing an oasis of familiarity in such uncertain times. Thank you from my heart 💞💞
